The Passive House principles to follow in the design of the proposed building are as follows:
1. Adequate levels of insulation of the building envelope.
2. Windows and doors with R.P.T. and high efficiency.
3. Ventilation system with heat recovery.
4. Air tightness of the building envelope.
5. Avoid thermal bridges in the building envelope.
