La Democracia Village is located at the intersection of the George Price Highway and the recently upgraded Coastal Plain Highway. It is positioned to become a hub for traffic going in all directions as it is quickly garnering preference due to time and gas saved by travelling the shorter route from north to south over flat land. The new highway bypasses the Capital and the Hummingbird Highway which is a natural roller coaster experience through the jungle with beautiful forest and mountain sceneries, dotted by many attractions such as the inland blue hole.
