About 3km from the walls of Castelo de Vide (one of the most beautiful and well-kept cities in the Alentejo), these 10 hectares of land embrace a group of houses that were once ruins and are now friendly refuges for those who want to rest. Refuges where the shale formations that characterize the region are organically part of the landscape and architecture. One of the houses bears witness to this, with a large rock being part of and the protagonist of the friendly room.

The current owner felt the call of this Alentejo, this Serra, and this property. It made her change her life, her country and bring her dogs and horses to live freely in this field.

The houses vary a little in style and decoration, but the wood on the floor or ceiling with the typical beams is a common denominator that makes them very welcoming. All the bathrooms are spacious. From the bedrooms and living rooms you can always access the outside, with no shortage of areas nestled in stone floors and walls for pure contemplation of the view and the peace and quiet.

This house has a living room with a fireplace and a generous suite with a closet.

All the houses are fully furnished and equipped, and all have a full kitchen.
All the sofas can be extra beds, except in Casa Grande.
All the houses have an underfloor heating and cooling system. The only room without this system is the one with wooden floors, in the attic of Casa Grande.


Technical notes:
There is a small parking lot with carports.
There is a small reception area in the center of the houses. It was a very old and small house that has just been restored. It retains its original walls.
This farm is crossed by a stream where water flows all year round. A pump draws water from the stream for swimming pools and irrigation. There is also a well that always has water in it, but it hasn't been necessary to use it.
The houses are supplied with mains water.
The property has electricity but solar panels are the primary source of energy, helping with consumption and producing up to 7 kWh hour.
There are 2 biological septic tanks.
The property has different types of trees and native vegetation. There are 260 olive trees and part of the land is licensed for grazing sheep and horses.
The private pool is 1.6 meters deep
The small pool in the rocks varies from 0.20m to 1.60m
