There is a small reception area in the center of the houses. It was a very old and small house that has just been restored. It retains its original walls.
This farm is crossed by a stream where water flows all year round. A pump draws water from the stream for swimming pools and irrigation. There is also a well that always has water in it, but it hasn't been necessary to use it.
The houses are supplied with mains water.
The property has electricity but solar panels are the primary source of energy, helping with consumption and producing up to 7 kWh hour.
There are 2 biological septic tanks.
The property has different types of trees and native vegetation. There are 260 olive trees and part of the land is licensed for grazing sheep and horses.
The private pool is 1.6 meters deep
The small pool in the rocks varies from 0.20m to 1.60m
