Awesome house in Wangerland

This high-quality and tastefully furnished semi-detached house offers a furnished sun terrace, a private sauna, and a whirlpool. The upscale amenities invite you to feel at home, and it is also suitable for dog lovers, allergy sufferers, and individuals with accessibility needs. Enjoy the sunlit living-dining area on the ground floor, which features stylish decor and a cozy wood-burning stove that invites you to linger. The spacious and well-maintained red leather couch provides space for relaxing evenings, while the 2-meter long dining table offers ample room for shared meals. From the living area, you can access the sunny terrace, which is equipped with a beach chair and teak furniture in the summer. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and provides everything passionate cooks need. From the dishwasher to a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker (filter coffee), toaster, and kettle to two refrigerators - one with a freezer compartment - everything is available. Additionally, there is plenty of dishware and children's dishware. Even a traditional Frisian tea warmer is included in the equipment! The house has a total of 3 bedrooms with box spring beds and TV sets. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the option to set up a baby travel cot. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The third bedroom on the ground floor also offers a comfortable sleeping option for guests who find it difficult to climb stairs. Two bathrooms provide wellness in your temporary home. The main bathroom features a whirlpool and a spacious wooden sauna (with coin-operated machine), which is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the house. Modern design and natural light complete the dream bathroom. The second bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor of the house. The house is situated well located in a well-maintained complex, surrounded by a warm atmosphere and a spacious communal garden which is maintained by us. The peaceful property is mostly enclosed by fences, Frisian walls, and hedges, ensuring privacy. You won't find any noisy roads or public footpaths along the house! The property includes a communal parking area where you have two parking spaces available. Here, you will also find the fastest charging station in Wangerland. Close the car door and start enjoying your vacation! Just a few meters away, the old dike offers numerous picturesque bike paths through the 'Hooksmeer' recreational area all the way to the beach. On your way, you will pass several marinas, a sailing school, a pedal boat rental, tennis courts, the horse racing track, surfing bays, and the water ski lift with a restaurant. You can also walk directly on top of the old dike to the North Sea. In the other direction, the dike leads you directly to the old harbor and thus to the center of Hooksiel.
