After being in this region for over twelve years I can attest from personal experience when saying this is some of the most fertile land seen to date. Los propietarios tienen su propia fuente de agua y están suministrando agua para los nuevos propietarios. No mejora ya que su fuente es abundante y poseen los derechos para usarla. Además, también hay muchos acuíferos debajo de la superficie.
