Gold Reef Terraform will have 48 units divided into 4 buildings of 3 levels with lift, for a total of 12 flats per building. It is located just behind Almacenes Unidos (a shopping mall where you can find a wide range of products of nationally and internationally recognized brands).
The good thing about this project is that it is in a very strategic area, that is, it is in Punta Cana but very close to Bávaro.
It is perfectly located only 8 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 5 minutes from Punta Cana Village, an urban area full of restaurants, shops, church and where a social club with all sports facilities will be built.
Gold Reef Terraform is 7 minutes from Cabeza de Toro, one of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of Punta Cana.
It is 8 minutes from Downtown Mall and CocoBongo, and 10 minutes from IMG hospital. Close to churches, beaches, major hotel chains, restaurants, banks and much more.It is interesting how we started with this Gold Reef Terraform project.
The opportunity arose to purchase land and we saw that there were many lots available in the area.
Seeing the potential and the growth of the area, we decided to purchase it. The project was launched in June, selling more than 25 flats in two months.
Following the good reception from investors, we intended to purchase the adjacent land, as we did with Gold Reef 1 and 2. However, everything was already purchased, which means that this whole area will be developed significantly, revaluing the flats and generating a large capital gain in the coming years.
The flats have 75 square meters of construction,
1.74 m2 of balcony and 12 m2 of parking and are distributed
in living room,
dining room,
kitchen,
2 bedrooms,
2 bathrooms,
parking, laundry area, terrace or patio in the first level
flats, balcony in the second level flats and a large terrace which is accessed
by a spiral staircase in the flats on the third level.
Both the terrace of the first and third floor flats could be
fitted with a jacuzzi, as they have the pre-installation for it.
Our flats are built with the best quality materials, all
imported from Europe.
Nothing is prefabricated; everything is concrete. We have
rectified porcelain tile floors, all the wood in the flat, such as the doors,
is melamine (same line as the wood but fresher), modular kitchen, the tops are
polished granite, a very good quality material that does not allow the
absorption of liquids, aluminum windows and wardrobes. Our balconies have
sliding glass windows.
The exteriors are covered with coral stone, which absorbs humidity and does not allow it to enter the flat.
Gold Reef Terraform has 2 swimming pools for adults, 2 swimming pools for children, 2 playgrounds
and a super-equipped gymnasium.
We are in the process of obtaining the Confotur benefit.
