Welcome to the unique living experience in Bad Hersfeld. Live in the listed fortified tower right next to the town park. The lovingly furnished listed tower is located directly on the town wall in the heart of the town of Bad Hersfeld - only 150m from the Bad Hersfeld Abbey Ruins. The Wehrturm is the perfect starting point for exploring the town and for visiting one of the many restaurants in the beautiful half-timbered town of Bad Hersfeld. The accommodation The tower offers space for 2-4 people on about 50 sqm. It starts on the first floor with the spacious and high-quality natural stone bathroom incl. underfloor heating as well as ground-level shower, hand basin and a separate toilet. Here is also the eastern apartment entrance, directly at the building's own parking lot in front of the tower. On the mezzanine floor is the western apartment entrance which leads directly to the adjacent city park. From here you also get to the 1st floor, where the fully equipped kitchen incl. small bar table and chairs is located. On the 2nd floor is the living/dining room with access to a small south facing balcony overlooking the beautiful park with ponds. Grab a book and watch the ducks and birds at the city park lake. In the living room, there is a smart TV with free access to Netflix/Amazon/other streaming services. There is also a double sofa bed with mattress here, which can easily be converted into a bed. On the 3rd floor is the bedroom (gable) with double bed. On 4 floors pure luxury with all imaginable comfort! In the apartment you will also find everything you need. The fortified tower is a medieval tower with 4 floors. Above the massive thick walls on the first floor begins from the 2nd floor the half-timbering.
