This residence is in the popular settlement called Villas Marinas in Aquas Nueva. Here you live with a short distance to most of the services. Sea views from the house and walking distance to the beach. The housing is in good condition, but some maintenance / upgrades may be expected. On the outside, some patio tiles have to be replaced.
