Ausstattung Zimmer; Einzelbett mit Kissen und Bettwäsche Kleiner Arbeitstisch Kommode / Kleiderschrank Flat-screen TV Holz- oder Parkettböden Auf der Anlage stehen Ihnen ein Grill-Bereich, Sitzgelegenheiten zum ausspannen sowie ein kleiner Pool zum abkühlen in den heißen Sommertagen. Auf jeder Etage stehen eine Gemeinschaftsküche sowie zwei Duschbäder und teilweise ein weiteres WC zur Verfügung. Diese werden täglich mehrmals gereinigt. Ein Hausmeister steht Ihnen immer als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. ATTENTION: This is a pure room rental with shared kitchen & bathroom. Cozy single room in the heart of Hamburg. Our cozy house is located in Hamburg's district Hammerbrook the artists' quarter surrounded by the water. Good connection by bus, train and not far from central station. Domestic equipments: Single bed with pillows and linen Small work table Chest of drawers / wardrobe Flat Screen TV Wooden or parquet floors On the complex there is a barbecue area, seats to relax and a small pool to cool off in the hot summer days. On each floor there is a communal kitchen as well as two shower rooms and partly another toilet. These are cleaned several times a day. A janitor is always available to you as a contact person.
